The front desk staff were always helpful. They assisted with restaurant recommendations. They also provided directions to city attractions. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of healthy options. I received useful advice for taxi services. They provided travel guidance.

The shower was overly complicated to use. This made it difficult to adjust the water temperature. I would have preferred a simpler system.

The room had very high ceilings with plaster scrollwork. Covings added to the decor. The shower room was well-equipped.. A jacuzzi was also present.

I stayed in the queen suite spa bath, it was amazing! the jacuzzi tub was perfect after exploring. the staff surprised us by folding our clothes daily. It felt special! breakfast was great with options for gluten and dairy-free diets. The omelettes were yummy!

the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work as well as i hoped

room cleanliness dirty sugar bowl

The room i booked (i thought) looked bigger in the photos. also, there was a jacuzzi i didn't really need. the cleanliness was not the best. I found a napkin on the floor for two days (how lovely). the sugar bowl in the room was empty and dirty the whole time (nice touch, really).
